Feinberg Day Adds Robert Mattson as Partner
Dec. 6 2021 – Feinberg, Day, Kramer, Alberti, Lim, Tonkovich and Belloli LLP (Feinberg Day), a nationally recognized IP litigation firm, today announced that Robert Mattson is joining the firm as a partner. The addition of Mattson positions Feinberg Day for continued growth in the IP litigation segment and expands the firm’s capabilities handling matters before the International Trade Commission and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Elizabeth Day, Feinberg Day co-founder and partner, made the announcement.
“Adding Robert to Feinberg Day represents our ongoing commitment to continually improving our collective expertise and delivering strategic IP litigation solutions to our clients,” said Day.
“I’ve respected Feinberg Day’s work and their record-setting results in IP litigation for years,” added Mattson. “To partner with this elite group of attorneys – all at the top of their game – is an exciting and humbling evolution in my career and I look forward to sharing the benefits of this new relationship with my existing clientele.”
Prior to joining Feinberg Day, Mattson founded his own firm, Mattson IP. Previously, he was a partner at a large intellectual property firm and a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
